Custom RFID OEM/ODM Services
From antenna design to printing and secure encoding, we turn your specs into reliable mass production—rapid prototyping, flexible MOQs, ISO-based quality, global delivery.
Our Mission To Achieve Our Ambitious Goals
Proven Since 2001
Two decades of real deployments: hotel keys that don’t demagnetize, laundry tags that survive 90–95 °C wash cycles, and cards that endure daily transit use. Experience means straighter answers, earlier risk flags, and fewer surprises at launch.
Engineered Advantage
Custom chips/frequencies, antenna tuning, and form-factor design—including on-metal and laundry-grade builds—so your product wins on read rate, durability, and total cost, not just price.
Customer Partnership
Dedicated PMs, rapid sampling, clear timelines, and data services (UID/EPC/NDEF/keys). We document everything and stay with you through pilot, scale-up, and after-sales support.
Quality, Compliance & Delivery
ISO-based processes with 100% outgoing inspection, RoHS/REACH material options, batch traceability, and labeled packing. Predictable lead times and global logistics you can count on.
RFID Tag & Card High-Standard Manufacturing and Customization Service
We specialize in the high-precision manufacturing and customized production of RFID tags and RFID cards. Our complete process—from antenna design and chip encapsulation to final testing and packaging—strictly follows international standards to ensure product reliability, performance stability, and mass-production efficiency.
With a strong global presence, we are the supplier for Spain’s Vodafone NFC tags, the Philippines Metro smart card , and Indonesia smart card project.
Our current production capacity reaches 50 million RFID tags per month and 8 million RFID cards per month, supporting large-scale OEM and ODM customization projects worldwide.
RFID Tag Manufacturing Process
The RFID tag production process includes antenna design, chip flip-chip encapsulation, lamination, die-cutting, slitting, testing, and encoding.
Antenna Design
Designed and produced using etching, screen printing, or inkjet printing on PET or PI substrates. The conductive pattern is formed with a precision tolerance within ±0.01mm, ensuring optimal RF performance and stable signal transmission.
Chip Flip-Chip Encapsulation
Our facility is equipped with the Neubauer flip-chip encapsulation machine (Germany), performing precise dispensing, die bonding, and thermo-compression bonding to ensure stable and reliable chip-to-antenna electrical connections.
Lamination Process
Using a dual-lane fully automatic laminator, multiple layers—including antenna substrate, adhesive layer, and protective overlay—are bonded under controlled temperature and pressure for high efficiency and yield.
Die-Cutting & Slitting
Automated systems precisely process label rolls according to design specifications, maintaining dimensional consistency and alignment accuracy.
Testing & Encoding
100% electrical and functional testing ensures reading distance, communication stability, and environmental reliability. Qualified RFID tags are encoded with unique IDs and securely packaged.

RFID Card Manufacturing Process
Our RFID cards are produced through seven standardized procedures, ensuring superior durability, signal stability, and data security.
Material Preparation:Premium PVC, PET, or ABS materials with excellent waterproofing and bending resistance.
Printing Process:High-definition silk screen, offset, or digital printing for custom logos, patterns, barcodes, or QR codes with precise color control.
Chip Embedding & Encapsulation:Ultrasonic welding guarantees chip-to-antenna bonding precision within ±0.01mm.
Overlay Lamination:Hot-pressed overlays protect internal circuits from water, dust, and mechanical wear, extending lifespan.
Data Encoding:Unique ID numbers or encrypted user data written using professional RFID encoders with DES, AES, or CPU encryption options.
Quality Inspection:Comprehensive testing of read/write performance, bending endurance, temperature resistance, and data retention.
Packaging & Delivery:Cards are sorted, labeled, and packaged with anti-static protection for safe, traceable delivery.
