FPC micro RFID NFC tags stickers are ultra-small, flexible HF labels for precise tracking of tiny items and high-value assets. Available in multiple micro sizes, chip options and custom shapes, they deliver waterproof, heat- and chemical-resistant performance, with optional anti-metal structure and custom logo or code printing.
FPC micro RFID NFC tags stickers are ultra-small, flexible identification labels designed for precise tracking where space is extremely limited. Built on a flexible FPC antenna and compact base materials, they are ideal for applications such as access control, asset management, tiny item tracking (e.g. surgical tools, pharmaceuticals, medical supplies), brand protection for high-value products and even animal management.
The tag body combines an FPC antenna with a paper, PVC or PET base, delivering a thin, bendable structure that is easy to integrate into tight spaces or curved surfaces. Standard sizes include round diameters of 5 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm and 15 mm, as well as popular rectangular formats like 8×8 mm, 10×10 mm, 4×12 mm, 6×16 mm, 15×15 mm and 9×46 mm. Custom shapes and dimensions can be produced according to specific project requirements.
Despite their tiny footprint, these micro tags offer stable performance. A double-copper antenna design supports a typical reading distance of about 1–10 cm (depending on the chip, reader and environment), providing reliable short-range identification where controlled read zones are important. PET construction enhances waterproof, chemical-resistant and heat-resistant properties, making the tags well suited for medical, laboratory and industrial environments where frequent cleaning, sterilization or harsh conditions are common.
To support a wide range of systems, the tags are available with multiple high-frequency integrated circuits and protocols. Options include MIFARE Classic®, MIFARE Plus®, MIFARE DESFire®, NTAG® 203/213/215/216 (NFC Forum Type 2), MIFARE Ultralight® series and ICODE® SLIX family chips compliant with ISO/IEC 14443A, ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 standards. This ensures compatibility with mainstream HF readers, industrial scanners and NFC-enabled smartphones (for NTAG and MIFARE Ultralight type chips).
The design can be supplied as wet inlays for embedding or as finished stickers with custom logo, graphic or code printing. Options include serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes or branding elements to support traceability and anti-counterfeiting. An anti-metal configuration is also available, allowing the micro tags to operate reliably on metal tools or equipment without significant loss of performance.
Each tag supports more than 100,000 read/write cycles, offering long-term, stable operation over its service life. The passive HF design requires no battery, reducing maintenance and enabling permanent or semi-permanent attachment to objects.
